Returns policy |
If the goods are defective or not what you ordered, you may return them for a full refund, including all carriage charges. We will make arrangements with you for the return of the goods when you contact us.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided the goods have not been personalised, for example by special engraving, you are entitled to return them for a refund if you decide on examining them that you no longer wish to purchase them. In this case, you will be responsible for all carriage charges.
In order to obtain your refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods, what you are returning and why. When you contact us, we will provide you with a returns number which should be quoted on the return package. The goods must be received by us in their original condition and packaging within a further 7 days. We recommend that you use a "signed for" delivery service for returns, as you are responsible for any item you wish to return until it is delivered intact to us. The refund will be made to the card used for the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. |
