On receipt of your order we will contact you to confirm the details and advise how quickly we can deliver. If all the items are in stock, we expect to despatch the goods the next working day. If some of the items are not in stock, we will tell you when we expect to be able to deliver and obtain your agreement before proceeding. We do not carry stocks of sterling silver cutlery, as this is always manufactured to order and may take up to 12 weeks to supply. For the Collector scheme, we pre-order for your individual collection to ensure regular monthly deliveries. You can find full details about the Collector scheme here. The delivery method and cost depends on the packaged weight of your order (which is calculated and displayed at the checkout), its insurance value and the destination country. Where there is a choice of methods, you will be able to select your preferred service at the checkout. We charge only what it costs to send the goods (including VAT where applicable).UK orders up to 2 kilograms are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless the order value is less than approximately £50, in which case 1st or 2nd class Recorded Delivery may be selected. Orders weighing more than 2 kilograms are sent by Parcelforce. Orders to Channel Islands up to 10 kilograms are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless the order value is less than approximately £50, in which case 1st or 2nd class Recorded Delivery may be selected. For orders weighing between 2 and 4 kilograms, we will despatch as 2 separate parcels, as this is cheaper than sending a single package. Orders above 10 kilograms are sent by Parcelforce. Orders to all other countries up to 2 kilograms are sent by Royal Mail airmail, above 2 kilograms by a choice of Parcelforce freight services. Each delivery service requires a signature on delivery. When we are ready to despatch your order, we will contact you to let you know when to expect it.
