No contract of sale exists until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and payment has been received. Goods will not be despatched until we have received confirmation that payment has been authorised. When you place an order, the purchase price is pre-authorised on your credit or debit card account, however the payment is not debited to the account until the goods are ready to be despatched. If everything you have ordered is in stock, this will usually be the next working day following receipt of the order. If some items are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know when we expect to be able to supply the order. If for any reason we are unable to supply what you have ordered, where possible we will offer a closely matching alternative which you can choose whether to accept or not. For security reasons, we usually only deliver goods to the registered address of the card used to make payment.
