| All the cutlery we sell is 100% made in Sheffield from the finest materials and finished to a high standard using techniques handed down from generation to generation of Sheffield craftsmen. Inside the shop, you will find a Buyer's guide which includes a lot of information about the materials and processes used in manufacturing Sheffield cutlery or flatware.
We do not have a minimum order size. You can purchase single items, place settings or complete sets and you can make up a non-standard set to suit your personal requirements.
As well as private domestic customers, we supply many restaurants, hotels and catering businesses, so if you are a trade buyer, please call us on 0845 226 3041 so that we can discuss your requirements in detail.
We accept orders either online or by telephone. We charge the same prices for telephone and online orders. These are the products we sell:
Stainless steel cutlery and flatware
Our stainless steel cutlery is made from top grade 18/10 stainless steel and is highly polished to give it a mirror-like shine. The quality of the steel means that this cutlery will last a lifetime of normal domestic use, so it carries a lifetime guarantee.
Silver plated cutlery and flatware
Our silver plated cutlery is made from nickel silver which is electroplated with 40 microns of silver. This heavier than usual plating means that it will not wear off for at least 40 years of normal domestic use, and the cutlery is guaranteed for 40 years.
Sterling silver cutlery and flatware
By law, every piece of sterling silver must be independently tested by an Assay Office to make sure it complies with the sterling standard. Then it is hallmarked to show it has passed the test. Our sterling silver cutlery is assayed by the Sheffield Assay Office and carries a lifetime guarantee.
If you buy silver cutlery, you will want to keep it looking its best, so have a look at our cutlery storage solutions:
Cutlery cabinets and cutlery rolls
Our cutlery cabinets are all made from solid wood with brass fittings and dark green linings. They come in two sizes and a choice of Mahogany or Light Oak finish.
We sell two varieties of cutlery roll; the traditional felt roll which is impregnated with anti-tarnish chemicals and a new type of roll with a flexible copper lining which absorbs the tarnish-making particles.
